We believe that we provide the knowledge, expertise, customer service and attention to detail in the planning and execution of our tours at the best possible rates. We are confident that we publish the best deals, but if you find a better deal elsewhere we would like to find out why and match/beat it if we have the chance.
We design & choose our tours with great attention, if we need to sacrifice your comfort, safety, peace-of-mind to match a better price – we won’t.
But if you find a better offer for the same or very similar itinerary (including same quality accommodations, dates, transfers, meals, visits etc), then we will not only try to match the price but also will provide you a reason to book with us.
Terms & Conditions for Price Match & Beat Requests: 1) All requests must be made at the time of booking. We can not hold and guarantee pricing not booked at the time of the price match request. 2) We reserve the right to limit the offer with certain tour packages and also the right not to offer quotations for all itineraries. 3) The competing quote has to be from a tour operator/ travel agent who is licensed and based in Canada/ USA and bonded with consumer protection insurance. 4) Customers need to provide the following information: Link to the website including tour details, fax/email the copy of the brochure or a written quote on the tour operator/travel agents letter head, name/details for the other tour operator, tour details such as itinerary, accommodation, included services, excluded services, advertised/quoted price, any conditions valid with their offer. 5) Promotion applies to the USD booking price of tour packages and excludes ‘accommodation only’ , ‘flight only’ bookings as well as add-on related services and additional charges including service fees, taxes and surcharges, insurance, additional excursions, amenities, special credit or financing terms, rewards or coupon offers. 6) The offer is subject to the verification of the other tour operator/ agent’s quote. We reserve the right to verify that the competitor is an authorized travel distributor, that the advertisement is correct, and that the product is identical or very similar (same destination, departure/return city and date, category, accommodation, amenities), and is available at the time of booking. The competitor’s offer must be in effect at the time of booking. 7) This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and valid only for new bookings made directly with us.
