right to make any changes if deemed necessary. Most of these changes are
minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. Should a
major change (change more than 10% of the tour price, itinerary change,

accommodation of at least the same standard. If similar standard
accommodation is not available we may offer you higher standard
accommodation and advise you the surcharge that is payable by you. If
you do not wish to accept surcharge, we may offer accommodation of a
lower standard upon which we shall make a refund in respect of any price
difference.
4.6 We are not responsible for changes which arise as a result of
situations outside of our control including but not limited to acts of
God, war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural or
nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, fire, adverse or unsuitable
weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with means of
transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of
flights by an airline.
4.7 We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour/holiday
arrangement in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances
beyond our control. If we cancel your tour (for reasons other than your
non-payment) any time prior to your departure, our only liability will

5. Our Liability:
5.1 We accept responsibility for making arrangements for the tour
services described in the booking confirmation document we send to you.

hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are our independent
contractors only. You agree that neither ATTC nor its affiliates shall
be liable for any damage or loss including personal injury, death,
property loss, delay, change in air services, sickness, strike, war,
quarantine, terrorism, bankruptcy, weather, upset, disappointment,
inconvenience, or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any
supplier or person providing tour services. In the above cases, you will
not be entitled to any refund.
5.2 It is your responsibility to procure necessary documentation such as
passports, visas and health certificates where required.
5.3 We reserve the right to accept or reject any person as a tour
participant or to expel any tour participant from the tour, should your
behavior be such that it is likely in our reasonable opinion to cause
distress, damage, annoyance or danger to any other person. In such
circumstances, you will not be entitled to any refund.
5.4 Airline alternative equipment and routings are subject to change by
the airline and will not result in any refunds.
5.5 Unfortunate risks of travel such as transportation failure (e.g.
flight delays), loss of or damage to baggage, personal effects, money or
documents are outside our control and responsibility.
5.6 No refunds can be made for any unused services.
5.7 Airline bookings: In case we are unable to confirm your air
reservation in quoted class of service, we may offer an alternative of
either connecting flights, substitute gateways or a more expensive
booking category. Any air surcharges will be at your expense. The
Passenger contracts in use by the airlines or transportation companies
when used shall constitute the sole contract between the airline, the
transportation company and passenger or purchaser of tour. We assume no
responsibility in this connection.
5.8 Travelers with special needs need to be accompanied by a companion
capable of providing all assistance required, and we shall not be
responsible for any special assistance.
6. Insurance:
We strongly recommend you to purchase trip cancellation and personal
travel insurance against cancellation charges, unexpected interruption
of your holiday, medical expenses arising overseas, loss or damage to
luggage, personal liability etc.
7. Complaints:
We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction but if you have a
complaint then you must report it immediately to our local
representative or to our main office in Canada so we can endeavor to
solve the problem. If your complaint is not resolved locally, you should
advise us in writing within 30 days of the incident. Our responsibility
is subject to your timely action to provide us the opportunity to
investigate the matter and resolve the problem while you are on the
tour.
8. Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy. We will use your personal information only for
tour booking and will not disclose the details and information provided
by you to any third party unless it is specifically required to do so by
law or in response to a valid, legal request by a law enforcement or
governmental authority.

Columbia. You agree that any dealings or transactions you have with ATTC,

by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, and
that you hereby irrevocably adhere to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts of competent jurisdiction of British Columbia in any proceeding.

correct, ATTC cannot be held responsible for printing or typographical
errors, or errors arising from unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the
right to re-issue all documents/invoices we deliver to you in case we
discern inaccuracy due to computer or human error.
10.2 The invalidity of any of the provisions hereof shall not effect the
validity of any of the other provisions, and the contract shall be
construed as though such invalid provision had never been contained
herein.
10.3 Any copyright, trade-marks or other Intellectual Property Rights
contained in our brochures, Website or other material shall belong to
