Day 1: Arrive Amman
You will be greeted upon your arrival at Queen Alia
Airport in Amman, and will be escorted to your hotel.
Overnight: Amman
Day 2: Umm Qais- Jerash - Ajloun - Amman (B)
Today your first stop will be Umm
Qais, one of the most important Greco-Roman Decapolis
cities and was known as Gadara. Umm Qais was renowned in
its time as a cultural centre and was the home of
several classical poets and philosophers. Our next stop
is Ajloun; here you will see the medieval
Castle of Ajloun
which was built by Muslims against crusader invasions.
Then we’ll continue to Jerash, the best preserved and
largest Greco-Roman city in Jordan; you’ll stroll the stately
colonnaded streets past the theater, the baths, the hill
top temple and the triumphal arch. After the tour you
will return to your hotel. Overnight: Amman
Day 3: Amman – Desert Castles (B)
After breakfast, visit Amman
downtown market and city center, its traditional souks,
restaurants selling local food and sweets, churches and
mosques. After visiting the Citadel, drive to the other
side of the city where you can see the pubs,
international restaurants, and discotheques as you
become familiar with the contrast between old and
traditional, to the new and modern. Visit of several
Islamic medieval desert castles that offer a number of
fortresses with fresco art and zodiac dome. Drive back
to hotel. Overnight: Amman
Day 4: Amman- Madaba - Mount
Nebo – Baptism Site - Kerak - Petra (B)
After breakfast, drive to Madaba
"the City of Mosaics". This town is one
of the most memorable places in the
Holy Land. You’ll see the wonderfully vivid,
6th century Byzantine mosaic map showing Jerusalem and other holy sites in the
Church of St. George.
Then we’ll continue to
Mount
Nebo
which is an elevated ridge that is approximately 817
meters (2680 feet) above sea level. Later, continue to
Bethany, the Baptism site of
Jesus Christ and the place where John the Baptist lived,
preached and baptized. Our last stop before
Petra
is Kerak, the city overlooking the
Dead Sea
and considered as one of the oldest cities in the
region. It is famous for its Crusader castle that soars
above its valleys and hills. Arrive Petra for check in & overnight. Overnight:

Day 5:
Petra – Wadi Rum (B)
Today you will enjoy the visit of
one of the new world wonders, the lost city of
Petra. Petra the eighth wonder of the ancient world, it is without
doubt
Jordan's most valuable
treasure and the greatest tourist attraction. It is a
vast, unique city, carved into the sheer rock face by
the Nabataens, who settled here more than 2000 years
ago. Petra has been
featured in Hollywood
blockbusters such as "Indiana Jones and the Last
Crusade" and " The Mummy Returns". After the tour, you
will be transferred to Wadi Rum for check in and
overnight. Overnight: Wadi Rum Camp
Day 6: Wadi Rum - Aqaba (B)
Today
drive to Wadi Rum desert, the magnificent vast desert
with its sandstone mountains also known as Valley of the
Moon. The landscape of Wadi Rum, with its immensity,
color and awe-inspiring shapes, creates an almost
supernatural atmosphere. It was the setting for the film
Lawrence of Arabia as most of our guests would recall.
You will explore the area in 4 X 4 vehicles passing by
the Bedouin tents, then drive south to Aqaba, the red
sea resort area for a free afternoon and overnight.

Day 7: Aqaba - Dana–Mujib Reserve –Dead
Sea (B)
After breakfast, transfer to Dana,
a small village on the edge of a large natural gorge.
Dana is one of
Jordan's premier nature
reserves and eco-tourism facilities. Then we’ll continue
to Mujib Nature Reserve, the lowest nature reserve on
Earth. Its rugged and spectacular mountains border the
Dead Sea coast and are dissected by several river-filled
canyons that offer the best river and adventure hikes in Jordan. Later,
transfer to Dead Sea,
the lowest point on earth. Spend the day sunbathing,
swimming, or dining. Overnight: Dead Sea.
Day 8: Departure (B)
Transfer to
Amman
airport for flight back home. Thank you for visiting Jordan!
