Day 1: Arrive Amman
You will be greeted upon your
arrival at Queen
Alia
Airport
in Amman,
and will be escorted to your hotel.
Overnight:
Amman.
Day 2: Amman- Madaba - Mount
Nebo – Dead Sea - Petra (B)
After breakfast, visit Amman
downtown market and city center, its traditional souks,
restaurants selling local food and sweets, churches and
mosques. After visiting the Citadel, drive to the other
side of the city where you can see the pubs,
international restaurants, and discotheques as you
become familiar with the contrast between old and
traditional, to the new and modern. Then drive to Madaba
"the City of Mosaics". This town is one
of the most memorable places in the
Holy Land. You’ll see the wonderfully vivid,
6th century Byzantine mosaic map showing Jerusalem and other holy sites in the
Church of St. George.
Then we’ll continue to
Mount
Nebo
which is an elevated ridge that is approximately 817
meters (2680 feet) above sea level. After the tour,
continue to Dead Sea,
the lowest point on earth. Arrive

Petra

Today you will enjoy the visit of
one of the new world wonders, the lost city of
Petra. Petra the eighth wonder of the ancient world, it is without
doubt
Jordan's most valuable
treasure and the greatest tourist attraction. It is a
vast, unique city, carved into the sheer rock face by
the Nabataens, who settled here more than 2000 years
ago. Petra has been
featured in Hollywood
blockbusters such as "Indiana Jones and the Last
Crusade" and " The Mummy Returns". After the tour, you
will be transferred to your hotel for overnight.

Day 4: Aqaba - Wadi Rum – Amman

After
breakfast drive to Aqaba for a short visit then to the
magical desert
of Wadi Rum,
home of “Lawrence of Arabia”. Upon arrival, enjoy a mint
tea at the Visitor Centre, before you take one of the
jeeps owned by the local Bedouins for a trip into the
many sites in the moon-like landscaped desert, then
we’ll drive to Amman for overnight. Overnight: Amman
Day 5: Departure (B)
Transfer to Amman airport for flight
